Hello! I am a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in psychiatric care for clients ages 15 to 65. My goal is to create a safe space where clients are free to express themselves and their needs.

I offer collaborative and trauma-informed psychiatric services to adolescents and adults (ages 15-65) dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and eating disorders.

Every client has a unique story and deserves a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and individual goals. My approach is rooted in compassion and commitment to understanding your experiences and working towards a solution. I want my clients to feel empowered to be involved in their treatment and feel a sense of control.

Specialty Training and Services

I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions, Boston, Massachusetts. My clinical practicum was completed within the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. I began my career with Monte Nido & Affiliates, which is a multistate eating disorder treatment organization. It was there that I developed a passion for working with clients in eating disorder recovery and co-occurring disorders including OCD and PTSD. Since then, I have worked with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My approach to care involves psychoeducation and medication management as needed, along with brief psychotherapy to improve client health.

Who I am Outside of Work

When not in the office, I love being outdoors, traveling, cozying up with a book, and spending time with family/friends.
